Think you know your hockey? Want to earn bragging rights around the office? Missed out on the 2019 CCC NHL Playoff Pool in the spring?

Then join the 2019-20 CCC NHL Regular Season Pool!

$20 will get you an entry into the pool, with no limit to the number of entries you can submit. This will be a “box pool”, meaning that you’ll be tasked with choosing one player from each of 24 “boxes” of six players each (16 forwards, 5 defencemen, 3 goalies).

The pool will be hosted at www.officepools.com. Login info for the pool will be sent out by 12 p.m. on Monday, September 30 (or immediately if this time has already past). Per AGLC regulations, we will accept entries up until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 18. Entries received after this time will be considered invalid.

The entry with the most total points at the end of the 2019-20 NHL Regular Season will win the pool and $1,000. Second place will earn $400, 3rd place will earn $300, 4th place will earn $200, and 5th place will earn $100. In case of a tie, the entry with the higher number of goals scored will be declared the winner. If teams remain tied, the two teams will split the winnings awarded to the place for which they are tied and the place immediately below that place. (ie. If two teams are tied for 3rd place and have the same number of goals scored, they will split $500 [$300 for 3rd place and $200 for 4th place].}
